CROWN NATIONAL SAFARI BILTONG SPICE MSG FREE is the clean-label version of South Africa's favourite biltong seasoning - the same classic Safari flavour, with no MSG and no preservatives.
Instructions: use 45-50 g spice per kg meat. Sprinkle the meat with vinegar, then sprinkle with seasoning. Lie on a tray for 2-4 hours, turning every 30 minutes. Hang to dry. As this blend contains no preservative, you can add potassium sorbate to the finished product at 1 g per kg (0.1%) if you want a longer shelf life.
