CROWN NATIONAL TRADITIONAL BOEREWORS SPICE offers a strong meaty note enhanced by coriander, cloves and nutmeg, with paprika for colour. Now in the salt reduced formulation.
Instructions: use 50 g spice per Kg meat.
Ingredients: Salt, cereal (wheat gluten), maize starch, spices & spice extracts, dextrose, flavouring (MSG flavour enhancer), antioxidant (sodium erythorbate TBHQ), vegetable oil (canola seed), preservative (sodium metabisulphite).
Allergens: Wheat gluten. May contain celery, cow's milk, egg, mustard, soy.
