FREDDY HIRSCH EGTE PLAASLEKKER BOEREWORS SPICE is a highly-spiced boerewors spice rich in coriander and black pepper, with background notes of cloves and nutmeg.

Instructions: use 33 g spice per Kg meat.Ingredients: Salt, cereal [wheat bran (gluten, Triticum aestivum), maize], spices (irradiated) and spice extracts, flavour enhancer (MSG).
