CROWN NATIONAL CHAKALAKA BILTONG SEASONING is hot, tangy and zesty with flavours from chilli, coarse coriander and black pepper.
Instructions: use 45-50 g spice per Kg of cut meat.
Ingredients: Flavourings [Spice extract (TBHQ), celery], salt, spices, spice extracts & herb, MSG (flavour enhancer), dextrose, dehydrated vegetables (garlic & onion - irradiated), raising agent, acidity regulators, maize starch, corn syrup solids, flavour enhancers. Preservative (potassium sorbate).
This product can be used in combination with Safari Biltong Seasoning if you are looking to lift the typical meaty biltong flavour with the zing of Chakalaka.
