CROWN NATIONAL NATIONAL DRYWORS SEASONING (ANZ FORMULATION) is a typical dry wors spice with cloves, nutmeg, pepper and a touch of BBQ flavour, suitable for beef or venison.
Instructions: use 26-28 g spice per Kg meat.
Ingredients: Salt, spices, herb & spice extracts, MSG (flavour enhancer), dextrose, flavourings, dehydrated vegetable (onion - irradiated), sodium erythorbate, vegetable oil (canola), preservative (sodium metabisuphite).
Allergens: may contain milk, egg, soy, wheat gluten.
