CROWN NATIONAL SAFARI DRYWORS SPICE is a blend of salt, coriander, black pepper, cloves, nutmeg and other flavours, and similar to the renowned Safari biltong seasoning.
Instructions: use 30 g spice per kg meat.
Ingredients: Salt, spices, herbs & spice extracts (celery), MSG (flavour enhancer), dextrose, flavourings [maize starch, anti-caking agent, acidity regulator, flavour enhancer, anti-oxidant (TBHQ)], dehydated vegetable (onion - irradiated), antioxidant (sodium erythorbate), preservative (sodium metabisulphite).
Allergens: Celery. May contain cow's milk, egg, mustard, soy, wheat gluten.
