CROWN NATIONAL MEISTER CLUB BOEREWORS SPICE is one of Africa's favourite boerewors seasonings, and is now available in an MSG-free formulation.
Instructions: use 50-55 g spice per Kg meat.
Ingredients: Salt, spices, yeast extract, flavour enhancers, antioxidant (sodium erythorbate), acidity regulator. Preservative sodium metabisulphite.
May contain cow's milk, egg or soy.
Note: This product does not contain gluten. Gluten is however used on the same line and manufactured in the same facility. Although the manufacturers an Allergen Management System in place, they do not make claims that the product is gluten free.
