FREDDY HIRSCH KAMEELHOUT BOEREWORS SPICE has a typical boerewors flavour with top notes of clove, coriander and nutmeg.
(We believe the name probably comes from the kameeldoring - Acacia - tree which is said to yield a top-quality braai wood).
Instructions: use 30-35 g spice per Kg meat.
Ingredients: Cereal [wheat bran (gluten, Triticum aestivum), maize], spices (irradiated), flavour enhancer (MSG E621), spice extracts, flavour enhancer E635. Preservative sodium sulphite E221, yield max 1.485% SO2. Contains genetically modified organisms.
Not suitable for people with wheat gluten, soya bean, milk or egg allergies.
