FREDDY HIRSCH HUNTERS BILTONG SPICE has coriander and a special blend of carefully selected flavourants that are characteristic of this seasoning. The coarsely-ground coriander contributes to the desired visual attributes. Available also in a 2 Kg pack.
Instructions: use 40-50 g spice per Kg meat.
Mix or tumble the spice, meat and any additional ingredients together. Leave overnight to marinate. Mix or tumble again. Hang and dry to 40-50% moisture loss.
Ingredients: Flavouring, coriander (irradiated), salt, sucrose, black pepper (irradiated). Contains genetically modified organisms.
Not suitable for people with wheat gluten, soya bean, milk or egg allergies.
