CROWN NATIONAL GOLD CROWN CABANOSSI is a blend of specially enhanced, cryogenically-ground, spices including nutmeg, caraway, coriander, black pepper, onion and garlic, with paprika for colour.
Instructions: use 80-85 g spice per kg meat.
Ingredients: Salt, vegetable protein (soy), flavourings (antioxidant TBHQ), phosphate, dextrose, maize starcg, sugar, MSG (flavour enhancer), dehydrated vegetables (garlic & onion), antioxidant (sodium erythorbate), spice and spice extracts, vegetable oil (canola seed), colourant. Curing agent - packed separately: salt, acidity regulator, curing agents. Preservatives (sodium nitrite and sodium nitrate).
Allergens: Soy. May contain celery, cow's milk, egg, mustard, wheat gluten.
