FREDDY HIRSCH PORK SAUSAGE "R" SPICE is a spice that gives the taste results like the famous Escourt Sausages from Natal.
Instructions: use approx. 90 g spice per Kg meat.
Ingredients: Cereal (wheat gluten, Triticum aestivum), maize, salt, emulsifier (E471), whey powder (milk), dextrose, potassium chloride (E508), spices & herbs (irradiated), phosphates (E451), MSG (flavour enhancer (E621), skim milk powder, ascorbic acid (E300), spice extracts. Preservative sodium sulphite (yield max. 0.675% SO2, E221). *Contains genetically modified organisms.
Not suitable for people with wheat gluten, soya bean, milk or egg allergies.
